Jan Morgan is a social entrepreneur and CEO of Sequent Management Group in New York City. Her family office is involved with projects and organizations that favorably impact all Life on earth, especially sacred wildlife preservation, sustainable agriculture, ethical technology, and progressive education.

Jan is an advisor, investor or donor to organizations such as Earthfire Institute, Robocast Inc., Jungle Project, Cortona Week 2020 and Cornerstone Capital Group.

She was a Managing Director at Cornerstone Capital Group and prior to 2015, Jan was President of Restore the Earth Foundation; President of It’s Time Network; and interim CEO of Catapult.org. From 2009 to 2012, Jan was President of CSRwire. Earlier, she was the director of Not-For-Profit Consulting at RSM McGladrey and American Express Tax & Business Services.

Jan holds a Global Executive MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University. Her professional certificates in organizational management, design, and effectiveness are from Stanford University and Wharton, fundraising from New York University and advanced negotiation from Harvard University.

From 2006 – 2016, Jan served on the Board of Governors for Antioch University and was on the Board of READ Global from 2007-2012. Jan is a member of TedWomen, Women Donors Network, Social Venture Circle and the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges.
